As a passionate Innovation Designer and Self-starter, my speciality lies in the strategy, change and design of a radical divergent attitude for people and teams for transformation.

My story is to empower team capabilities, release innovation, and develop new services, fostering a diverse perspective, a different manner of dealing with topics and a broader ability of people to look at problems and possibilities from a different angle.

Extensive 360° corporate background has not made me a cynic but an expert in the harsh realities of change management.

I believe in the power of collaboration and the strenght of friends and fellows. This is why I offer a cross-functional custom collaborations together with Ghost from Finland, to enable new thinking across organizations.

Business Development

Inbound and outbound are my specialties when it comes to the sales funnel As well I rely on my networking skills to establish new strategic partnerships. In the last years I built from zero an international community of 1300 members in one of the biggest Corporate worldwide.

My way

Much of my work is with online, face-to-face and hybrid events, workshops and training. I've helped inspire and transform ideas and actions for thousands of people.

Be aware, I give a damn and I am not afraid to try new things, break the current mindsets, push boundaries, or do what others say can’t be done.

And yes I am open to external collaboration and projects, outside from Volkswagen. Because we always learn from the new ;)
